Helping my mom bake Thanksgiving Jam Cookies. The best part about the first batch? I get to eat all of the imperfect ones!

Last night as I was prowling the dessert aisle at the grocery store for new treats, I came across a product I had never seen before, Skinny Cow Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Sandwiches. At first I was unsure about purchasing it as I was craving something chocolaty (That’s pretty much a given because really when am I not?) but let me tell you how happy I am that I did. It was AMAZING. After eating it I was once again perplexed with how Skinny Cow is repeatedly able to make something so delicious with so little fat and cholesterol?

I may never know the answer to that question, but I do know that as a self diagnosed dessert-a-holic, Skinny Cow has changed my life for the better!!

It’s apparently take your granddaughter to the office week. Shyla wasn’t digging CNBC so much so my dad has put My Friends Tigger and Pooh on all the tvs. I need to learn her secret so my dad will put General Hospital on the tvs while I work!

I watched a woman pick white flecks off a man’s scalp on the subway this morning. I can’t wait for the day when I can afford car service.

 I had one of these mornings too. I watched a homeless guy fondle himself on the stairs of the subway and as I walked passed him the smell of urine was so strong that I started to gag. The best part was the 100 people who were passing him at that very moment seemed to not even notice and just continued to step around him and possibly his urine. Gotta love NY!

Currently working while Shyla watches this movie. I used to watch this movie over and over when I was little. Glad to see its transcending through time!
